Kathie Olivas: The Scavengers

Kathie Olivas, the Tampa-based emerging artist, has recently come out with her toy series 'The Scavengers". The interesting thing about this collection is that they only came out with 2000 of each figure. Here is what the collection looks like:

I first ran into her work at a Gen Art event in Miami for Art Basel and I ended up buying one of her laptop cover stickers at a street fair in Los Feliz, California. Here is some of her other work:
