Henk Hofstra
Over the weekend, Dutch artist Henk Hofstra created another attention grabbing exhibition in Rotterdam, Netherlands. For this project, he painted 20 cars and placed them in the Ahoy Square. Of the 20 cars, 19 were painted in red to symbolize people in debt during the financial crisis, and one in blue to symbolize those who are debt free.
In the past, he has created 2 other eye-opening projects. In April of 2007, he painted a 'river' in het Moleneind, a road in the Dutch city of Drachten. The purpose of the painted river was to recreate a waterway that used to be where the road currently runs. After the project was completed, they decided to dig a new canal there.
The other was the 'Art Egg-cident' in Leeuwarden, Netherlands. Located in one of the busiest squares of the country, he created several large, over-easy eggs that were all 100-feet wide. It stayed up for 6 months.

Artist Spotlight: A1One
A1One is an Iranian street art legend. While many may find the need for street art to constantly re-invent itself, A1One does just that by adding Iranian folk art to his stencils.
